Difference Between Polyester Mesh, Nylon Mesh and Stainless Steel Mesh

I've summarized some basic differences, as you know, please add others.

Fabric polyester is synthesized from chemical fiber and belongs to polyester system.

The polyester mesh has the advantages of solvent resistance, high temperature resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. Although when the polyester mesh is subjected to greater external pressure, its physical properties are stable and the tensile strength is low. Compared with nylon mesh, it has bad wear resistance. In addition, it has the advantages of nylon mesh printing meshwork, also suitable for the printing circuit board dimensions of high precision, etc.

Nylon wire mesh: it is made of synthetic fiber and belongs to polyamide system.

It has high strength, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance and flexibility, and due to the uniform and smooth surface of the wire, the ink is very good through. Its drawback is that it has great extensibility. The tension of the mesh will be low after a period of mesh stretching, making the plate slack and the accuracy drop. Therefore, it is not suitable for printing printed circuit board size accuracy.

Stainless steel wire mesh: stainless steel material. It is characterized by good wear resistance, high strength and tensile strength. Due to fine line diameter, good ink. The mechanical properties, chemical properties and dimensions of the screen are stable. It lacks flexibility and is more expensive. The shape cannot be restored after stretching. Stainless steel screen printing mesh is suitable for high precision circuit board and integrated circuit printing.
