Matters needing attention for Screen printing 

The distance observed from the printed matter is not distorted, but it can reach the normal range of the nuance, hue and saturation. The relationship between the cable and the observed distance should be considered fully (see table 3).

For this purpose, the number of network lines should be selected according to the following factors:

Observation distance: how far does the observer look at the distance from print? If the observation distance is within 50cm, 85l is the best choice, while 65l plus network may be easier to control, but the effect is not good. If the observing distance is at 1m or further, 45 ~ 55l is best, although there may be some level loss, the level of loss at this observation is often not obvious. However, if a large print is viewed at 1m or more, a finer line (65l or thinner) will make the print look not contrasting and dull.

The small level of the original manuscript: the finer the fine layer, the higher the number of wires required to copy the original draft. With more than 100l of cable, it is difficult to control the printing process, and the printing process can be ten times more difficult when the number of network lines is increased by one stage. In addition, for the small level of the original manuscript, the use of the network line number improper can cause the image fracture, the small level part is lost. When the distance is large, the mesh may cause the brightness loss.

Color saturation and tone control: to make a large amount of color in print, you have to use a low line number line. This is due to any change in the size of the dot size between the separation and the printed matter, which will result in the deviation of tone, color and intensity of color. Therefore, the smaller the network, the more difficult it is to maintain the quality. For example, if the dot diameter of the printed matter is 0 higher than the original version.03mm, when using 20l mesh, the dot increased 5%;When using the 60l network, the dot increased by 13% (see table 4).
